I made a trip to the thrift store and stumbled across a foot massager, saw it was only $8. Yes, I immediately bought it knowing worst case scenario I could use the motor. Then I got to thinking, since the massagers move in opposite directions maybe I can attach something to make it look like arms moving. So I gathered some materials and went to work. Lots of trial and error but I'm close to completion. Below is a video, I'm not completely done but you get the idea. This is a work in progress so check back for updates.
